The following information was last updated on July 30, 2025 unless otherwise noted..

  1.  The Parkview Recreation Association, Inc., is professionally managed by Bay Area Property Services.
  2. There are 38 units in the HOA plus four additional units that are members for the pool and recreation area only. Seven units are tenant-occupied. No single owner owns more than one unit.
  3. The HOA has no commercial units.
  4. The current assessment for each unit does not exceed $976.99 per month.

a.  No change to the regular assessments has been approved.

b. The balance of the HOA operating accounts is $144,507.70 as of June 30, 2025.

c. The HOA maintains separate reserve accounts with a balance of $835,376.45 as of June 30, 2025.

d. There are no delinquent assessments, penalties, attorney fees or any other charges due with respect to any unit. 

e. No special assessment has been approved by the HOA.

f. The HOA anticipates the following special assessments (that have not yet been approved) for maintenance/repairs to increase reserves: Undetermined amount to cover cost of electric service upgrades and other work expected to be done in 2026. This will include some work that was deferred when the proposed 2021 special assessment was postponed. (See reserve study.)

5.  There are no pending or anticipated claims or litigation affecting the HOA. 

6. The HOA has maintained financial statements as required by Civil Code Sec. 5300. Financial records are maintained by Bay Area Property Services. 

7. The HOA charges $475.00 for transfers of ownership.

8. The HOA does not have separate rules and regulations in addition to the CC&Rs.
